This was my first root canal treatment and glad I made right choice reaching out to Dr Deepthi Prasad. Prior to walking in to 32 smiles, I visited couple of dental clinics wherein doctors were not even able to diagnose the problem. My case was bit complicated because I had some internal tooth fracture which should be dealt carefully with RCT. Dr Deepthi was very professional, interactive, experienced, on-time, clearly outlined the issue, explained reasons on what led to this situation and outcomes expected post RCT. Had to see doc for 3 sittings to complete RCT and dental cap. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Dr Deepthi for any dental issues. During COVID scenarios I really appreciate 32 smiles management on keeping me informed about doc availability and appointment

Dr.Deepti Prasad is an excellent dentist whose main priority is making sure her patients are comfortable and get the best dentistry she can offer. She diagnosed my mom's situation and It turns out that tooth/root canal had become infected and was the culprit of all the pain and misery. She did an exceptional job of doing the re-treatment of tooth/root canal.The overall experience was excellent. She was prompt, very friendly and professional. She did everything possible to minimize the pain. I would highly recommend her.
