Dr. Deepika Dorothy John

My experience with Dr. Deepika Dorothy John was perfect. She explained everything clearly and I would definitely recommend her. I rated my visit five out of five.

I had eye checkup with doctor. Organised well and doctor was very approachable and friendly. Will definitely recommend doctor for others. Only issue was reception who are always busy chatting and watching mobiles.It reflected bad though clinic is well maintained and organised. Being in a place where you receive customers they should be responsible and respect the clients who are waiting instead of ignoring them and busy chatting and laughing around. My request to clinic will be kindly make sure this isn't repeated in future because people shouldn't feel bad choosing this well organised clinic for this reason. Its the first place where a person gets first impression about the hospital.

**** ** ********* * ***** ********* ****** **** ***** For eyelid problem, the doctor recommended checking vision and tried to sell specs ******* ** ****** ** ***** *** ******** Only after reminding that the purpose of visit was to get treatment/ treated for eye lid that the doctor tried to intervene after initial hesitation and defending to check vision.

Secondly, there was no smile or friendliness but a sense of rudeness was visible from beginning till end. The reviews in Google was otherwise. Totally unimpressive. To add to the insult, a clarification was asked and was rudely replied that it was already explained. A doctor is meant to clear a patient's doubt esp. when it concerns an important organ like an eye. **** ****** ** *** *********** *******

She did prescribe an ointment and it seems that's the right prescription. Only time will tell. Hence 2 stars, a star more than originally planned to give. I would not recommend this doctor.

Doctor was helpful n shared info on related issues.However, the reception staff needs to b trained on being patient friendly n b quick in attending n resolving queries rather than wasting time chit chatting n doing other work when there is crowd. Effective management at the reception wil help patients n customers to come back for the services.
