Dr. Deepak Devakar was very patient and listened carefully to our concerns. Although the consultation fee and medicines were a bit expensive, we decided to proceed with the treatment for our child. The clinic ambiance and staff were good, and the wait time was about 20-30 minutes.

The clinic is clean and neat, and Dr. Deepak Devakar is an experienced doctor located centrally in Jayanagar.

Well, the hunt for a good and economical HT clinic end here for me. I had been loosing hair since last 5 years, but I didn't pay so much attention...had tried beginners treatment of minoxdil and Some oral no side effects tab..but no use..then went for PRP in 2018 , still started having patch of bald and from temple area was loosing strands badly...In 2019, it was worse 🙄and I decided in Oct 2019 that I will get HT.

There the main challenge started...Had gone to all the big names in Bangalore...And all means all..8 of them...everyone was focused on their package...No one came down below 3 lakhs for 5k strands😳... No one was actually focussing on the actual requirement and issue of hair loss😏.. Then I hought lets go bald and buy a Harley...that will be more effective...🤭

However, just didn't give up and one night in Nov, was going through Google reviews and I came upon Derma Sculpt and doc Deepak's patient testimonials...I knew this might be the place..I got an appointment and the way Doc Sheetal explained me the process, the cost, the procedure...I booked it that day and went under HT in Dec 2019...

On the day of Operation, they got everything organized...I walked in morning, came out in evening with the patch on the back side of my head,feeling dizzy for anesthesia...and fourth day I was in my office with my Bald Avatar😁..The staff is courteous, Doc Deepak takes you into confidence...will explain you the 6-7 hour HT process, and he will look as a person who is more focussed on his job rather than talking about it...I went for the latest technology that they use..DHI

Rest is my Story...After 10 months...I don't have 100% hair back...coz I know it's not possible..but got the patch covered to much extent..I have got my youth and confidence back...I am not sure how long it wil stay but I know it's my body and I understand it's gonna react its own way...but I am impressed on the result...my friends and peers are...I do look 4-5 years younger...😎😎..Kidding

Honest feedback- if u r looking for Low cost, high effective result with A Sound Professional doc treating you...try this and u will write a review just like me after 7-8 months...Plz do understand, different people have different results as its dependent on their body reactiveness..but the effort put by Docs are 100%.

I consulted Dr. Deepak Devakar for hair and skin concerns. He was patient and explained everything clearly. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would recommend him.

Underwent hair transplant surgery performed by Dr.Deepak Devkar. Writing this after 1+year after procedure. The procedure lasts for about 5-6hrs with first half for extracting the hair follicles and second half for the transplant procedure (lunch was provided at the clinic).

Doctors expertise: Overall the doctor was very good in explaining the process making sure all the doubts were clarified. 100% safe choice especially since the process involves administration of local anesthesia.

The Process: Can be moderately painful with extreme care needed for upto two weeks (Best not to travel anywhere during this period). Swelling in the face is common after the procedure and temporary lasting for upto a week. Need to sleep inclined for few days and need to regularly apply saline spray. PRP injection was given during the procedure itself.

The good: The doctor is very skilled. Overall I'm satisfied with the final result and care post treatment was pretty good with doctor being quite responsive. This was vital for me since I visited from another city and flew out of the country after 2 weeks.

The not so good: Although result was satisfactory, it is not a 100%. The frontal areas could've been more dense, but the doctor drew a receded hairline during marking to save some follicles. Also the crown area is still sparse and scalp is easily visible under sunlight. Also need to take medication for 1+ year for ideal results (Minoxidil solution and finasteride tablets - which might have side effects for some although I haven't faced any problem). Since this is a cosmetic procedure it's only fair to compare the results and I have personally seen better results with more grafts transplanted. Pricing is a little steep for the kind of results I obtained.

Final words: The doctor is very skilled and reliable and have no regrets for getting the procedure done at his clinic and it has significantly changed my facial look for the better. The results were satisfactory (although not the best). The pricing per graft was a little steep but overall worth it.
