I booked appointment for 9.30am. and payment also paid. whereas @9.30 am when i was waiting for consultation. No response from doctor and some msg came to meet 12.30. what is the meaning of their confirmation for 9.30am and collecting the payment in advance.. waiting , waiting not even called also.
