Dr. Chittiappa M C was very customer-friendly and caring. The treatment was effective, and we didn’t need a second visit. The clinic was extremely clean, and we were very happy with the overall experience.

Dr. Chittiappa M C did my root canal on 12 teeth and fixed the crowns. He was very gentle and friendly, understanding my fear and anxiety, and helped me feel calm before the procedure. I feel very fortunate to have found him.

so at ease in the dentist’s chair.

I knew I needed a Root Canal Treatment (RCT) after seeing another dentist but feeling very uneasy after that dentist had numbed my face and caused me a lot of pain.

I’d met Dr Chittiappa before so decided to go back to him.

His new premises on 12th main road are wonderfully and spotlessly clean and top-class in terms of all the facilities - except state of the art equipment!

I visited several times over one month to get the treatment, a check up, and also a crown fitted. Each time Dr Chittiappa was always there with a smile on his face, welcoming and kind.

He promised me that the RCT would be completely painless - naturally I was dubious... yet he was right. It was totally pain-free and in fact I found myself relaxed as I kicked back and listened to my favourite tunes that he put for me on Spotify (nice touch!)

Everything was always explained to me about what was going on and I had a much better understanding of my dental health than I’ve ever had before.

I did experience - several days after the painless RCT what’s called an endotontic flare up, which he treated with ease for me.

Dr Chittiappa is extremely passionate *** ************ about all the latest technologies in dentistry and is keen to help clients understand how best to take care of their teeth!

All in all, I highly recommend this charming and passionate dentist - he will be the first person I call for my dental appointments in future.

I had veneers done for my front teeth. The doctor was professional and friendly. All my questions were answered and the procedure was explained in detail and all the steps were clearly outlined. I was made aware of the total time the entire process would take, including the pros and cons and the different options available. I was really happy with the end result and no one can really make out that I had work done on my front teeth. The colour of the veneers match the rest of my teeth exactly. The doc even made sure the procedure was completed in time because I was leaving the country soon. All in all an excellent experience.

I approached him for a second opinion as I’d been advised to get an RCT and I was apprehensive about it as I am in my second trimester of pregnancy. Dr.M.C Chittiappa has carried out the treatment efficiently without much discomfort, without prescribing antibiotics lest it affects the baby and even asked for a sign off from my gynaec on the appropriate anaesthetic to be administered. I would definitely recommend his services, as he’s friendly, takes the time to explain every stage of the procedure and makes sure we’re comfortable throughout. He handles paediatric cases too!

Had an absolutely pleasant experience with Dr. Chittiappa the other day.

I visited him for an expert opinion and further course of action vis-a-vis my gum problem. He was patient, encouraging and friendly in listening to me, gave thorough, logical and calming diagnosis-explanation and prescribed what needs to be done.

The experience was not transactional and it felt like the Doc cared. Doesn't happen a lot, so this was great.

Meeting Dr. Chittiappa is a wonderful experience each time. Not only because he has an expectionally wonderful nature but also because he take care of the issue and takes out times time to explain the undertaking problem so well that one gets a lot of mental satisfaction which takes away all the stress. My entire family, all the way from my parents who are in their 70s to my child who is less than 4 years consult Dr. Chittiappa. I would highly recommend Dr. Chittiappa to everyone. He's honestly the best.

He is wonderful person, polite and friendly, putting you at so much ease and comfort that I was feeling sleepy during a root canal. That’s a great credit to the dr I think. Kept asking whether I was ok with the treatment. Explaining everything and telling in advance every single procedure he was going to do which makes accepting and going along with the treatment easier and smooth.

I have blind faith in him. All my family near and distant go to him. I will recommend him highly. 😊

I had to undergo a root canal treatment and had a very good experience with Dr. Chittiappa. He explains everything before he starts the procedure and gives you ample time to relax and clarify your doubts. He is empathetic as well and has a pleasant nature. The root of my tooth was calcified and it took really lot of time to reach to the bottom. But, Dr. Chittiappa was very patient. He allows you to take things at ease and tries to give his best. He is not satisfied unless and until the best results are achieved.

Doctor is extremely concerned about the patient well being and does not rush into decisions. He is extremely well behaved and professional.

He tries to save the tooth with home remedies and better care. He remembers your case even after you visit after a year. The clinic is spotless clean.
