I have visited Dr Chetana at Oliva hair&skin clinic 3 times for my hair problems. She was very patient and professional in understanding my hair problems and suggested the appropriate medications. I am still using them and they work really well. No harmful side-effects. Looking forward to my next visit!

just visited today. it was a comfortable feel good feeling after talking to her. listened to our concerns with care. will be able to give a full review post the treatment.

Hi visited Oliva- Sadashivnagar clinic today (March 23,2019) and consulted Dr. Chetana for pigmentation and acne scars and I felt she was too fast in explaining things and more detailing was not given on the downtime of the treatment as she was rushing to attend to other patient which I was surprised as by the reviews about her in practo I was expecting a good conversation about treatment and in depth knowledge sharing and I was also expecting that she will address my questions related to the treatment that she recommends but she has no time and she just prescribed treatment such as TCA, PIXEL and MMR(Secret microneedling) and asked to meet a manager of the clinic to discuss the cost and to pay.

And in addition to this I did explain her that in the previous skin clinic that I had been I had taken 5 session of pixel laser which made my skin darker and I'm not sure if she listened to it or not but she again prescribed the same treatment again, even though the methodology of using pixel at Oliva might be different but that should be explained better by Dr. In order for us to believe and invest money on but that was something that they failed in doing so finally I said this directly to the manager at the clinic when he asked about the feedback and he said since you are not happy with the consultation we will not charge but when I said that's okay I can pay they said ok and charged 500 consultation charge😂. This clearly says they don't believe in what they say and also showcases that how strongly they abide by their own clinic policy and ethics. Anyways I would have continued with the treatment but I never got my doubts clarified on the treatment that was recommended.

I know they might probably respond to this by saying you never been to our clinic and if they do I can upload the bill that they issued😅.

Anyways I'm not judging or coming to conclusion that the treatment never works coz I never started any treatment sessions with them but just to put it on wall that how welcoming they were. And also they were not so detailed in talking to the patients and making them understand the do's and don't''s of the treatment which is not good.

Nice experience with doctor and staff. Waiting time was a bit high compared to what is promised by practo. But it's fine.

I normally dont write reviews but I felt this deserved it because they are beyond amazing.My face was looking like hanging cheek and under eye skin. I had to act fast. I went through internet for various skin tightening ways and then came across this skin tightening treatment . My skin has become firm again. Thanks a lot oliva clinics .
