I have consulted for acne problem on my face, she i was very friendly and suggested suitable medicine, she replied to chats and queries, Doctor was very friendly and i recommend the doctor, Thank you,

A very rude and unprofessional doctor. She herself seem confused of the approach to take.And even when my consultation was still active I asked a simple query about a medicine she prescribed only to get a reply that my consultation is complete ( meaning I can not ask more questions). what kind of doctor does that. I even sent her a screenshot validating that my consultation is still active and she replied- " first get yourself educated enough to know the difference between consultation and follow up"my advice to practo- Only consider doctors who are professional and experienced enough to atleast talk to a patient in a well-mannered way.

Doctor never turned up, I waited for 40 mins and then had to cancel appointment.

Can’t comment on her prescription as never had one, *** ***** ***** *************

She is not reverting on chats……

She recommended me medicines for oily and acne prone skin. I got reaction on my face of redness so then i take her help on Practo for removing redness she’s not reverting and she is saying its normal.

She is not resolving my problems and not listening properly

the treatment i underwent was amazing . very happy overall. doctor explained to me everything about the condition and answered all my queries
