Dr. Chaitra R S

I consulted Dr. Chaitra for my RCT last year, when I was visiting India. This year's visit my RCT crown cap had come off ( looks like I have taken a bite that I could not chew off in literal sense)

I was worried about visiting the same doctor again as most doctors in India judge and put a onus on patients. I had bad experience with a senior doctor earlier (old & grumpy) who shouted at me once for no fault of mine.

But I was glad to find out that Dr. Chaitra was quite different. She heard my story fully with lot of patience & empathy. She was very friendly, did not judge me by my situation. After hearing it fully she reassured me it's not my fault and some times such mistakes do happen in life. I felt I am in safe hands. I think this supportive , friendly approach is what distinguishes an ordinary doctor from an extraordinary one.

I belive these ****** are essential in resolving problems in life as well not just in diagnosing a patient. In that regard I belive Dr. Chaitra is an exellent friend and human being in real life, apart from being an extraordinary doctor to her patients.

I had just returned to country and was bit apprehensive about going to dentist in India. Dr.Chaitra has provided an excellent support during my RCT. She was communicative all the way and explained and made me comfortable at each stage of RCT. That was what needed most at that stage. Really felt safe at her hands. Treatment was also pretty painless felt like I was in expert hands.

Visited clinic for my daughters Tooth Extraction,

interaction was friendly / professional - like most of the doctors

Extraction was done with local anesthesia (spray - no injection)
