I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Chaitra BG at Kaveri Hospital for an ear infection.
During my first consultation, I was told that it was a normal ear infection and was prescribed antibiotics. I took the medication for around 3–4 days, *** ******* ** ********** ** ********* ********* I developed severe ear pain, and pus and fluid started leaking from my ear.
I visited the doctor again and explained that the prescribed antibiotic was not helping *** **** ** ********* *** ******* ************* ****** The antibiotic was then changed, and a culture test was conducted.
Unfortunately, even after the antibiotic was changed, I did not see improvement. By this point, I had spent almost a week undergoing treatment ***** *** ********* *** ********* ** ********
**** *** ************ ************* *** *** **** ** ************** I wanted the doctor to explain clearly what was happening, *** *** ********* *** ********** what the possible concerns were, and what the next steps should be. However, I found it ********* difficult to have a proper conversation or get clear explanations. I had to repeatedly ask questions just to get basic information about my condition and treatment.
As a patient, I believe that clear communication and timely guidance are extremely important, ********** **** * ********* ** ******* ***** ******* **********

They initially put my wife's case to be at tyraid 4 for a growth on her thyroid gland, and later changed it to tyraid 2, ** ******* **** ************* **** *** ** ******** **** ***** ****** ******** ** *** * ****** ******* *** ******* ************** **** ******** ** ****** *** **** ******** ** **** *** *** **** ** *****
