Dr. Bobby Thomas

I have visited Dr. Bobby thrice for my 6-7 year old daughter. So, you can imagine how a child at this age is 'mostly' scared to visit a doctor and especially in a situation where there is tooth extraction involved. To describe the problem: My daughter's milk tooth don't fall themselves even at their highest mobility and need external influence. Hence, here we go to Dr. Bobby! I highly recommend her whether it is for a child or an adult, for a number of reasons.

1. She is very quick in responding to either a message or a phone call. There's hardly a waiting time looking for a response from her.

2. She gives you the flexibility of choice of your time slot, in the morning or the noon. She considers your convenience..

3. She makes the child feel very comfortable and waits patientfully for the child to co-operate.

4. She has great listening skills and ability to understand exactly what you want. Then she explains what is needed to be done and then proceeds with the treatment. She also explains what has to be followed post the treatment.

5. My child did not hesitate or cry even once when we had to take her to Dr. Bobby's clinic for the 2nd and the 3rd instance. She makes a great positive impact with her soft voice and great handling of the situation, on the child's memory!

6. Understanding the child's phsychology they treat the child with those things that children treasure the most.. whether it is a star on the hand for being brave or the tooth 'box' necklace that they give if the child wants to treasure the tooth/teeth for the tooth fairy! I mean my child won't trade any of these that she got from Dr. Bobby for anything in this world ;-)

7. The waiting time in the clinic is very less. Even when there is a queue, the speed with which the team works there is great. So, you hardly feel the wait time if any..

8. The clinic is well maintained and neat.

9. I wish I knew the names of the other supporting doctors in her clininc. They are very helpful and ready to support any time.

10. The location of the clinic is very easy to get to. Being right on the 100 feet main road, you can spot it easily next to Girias, Indiranagar. This is definitely one of the main concerns many people have - hence it is worth while to mention it - might help some body some day.

So, all in all, I think Dr. Bobby Thomas is one of the best Doctors you will come across !

Dr. Bobby is the nicest doctor's that I have ever seen. Explained the entire process of wisdom tooth extraction. I know tooth extraction involves a lot of pain.

She made sure I don’t have any pain what so ever while getting the tooth removed and the Dr Kiran the surgeon very professional with clear instructions on do's and don'ts and was really patient to answer my queries..

And the staff is amazing and provide the excellent care to me.

A very good experience and I will definitely recommend Dr Bobby to anyone looking to talk to a dentist.

Went to doctor Thomas as I had pain in my teeth . Since it was a root canal Dr Thomas handed over my case to Dr rucheet who is root canal specialist . The job was done well by Dr rucheet . Cap measurements were taken by some person and lastly fitting of the cap was done by Dr Thomas . So I cannot comment how Dr Thomas treatment is as I hardly had any interaction but I personally feel I would prefer going to a dentist who handles everything as I had in Mumbai . Clinic also needs some helper who can help the doctor as I was inconvenienced during treatment as there was no one to help the dentist take X-rays or half of the times I was made to switch from one chair to another since equipments were not working . So though the treatment was done fine but in lot of way it seemed a compromised service taken. So probably I would not visit again for future requirements​.

I had first visited her 10 years ago to get my upper incisors cosmetically replaced due to an injury and I was left impressed with the overall procedure and the outcome. After that procedure, I’ve never had any issues with it. If you are looking for any dental related issues, I’ll recommend Dr. Bobby always.

A filling or root canal done by her is lasting even after 16 years and even though I have been to 4 other dentists here, the treatment only left me with newer issues on the tooth they worked on when I had only gone for cleaning. Most of them are not focussed on what the impact of a bad dental work would have on an individual. I would travel to Bangalore any day to get my dental work done and that too only with Dr. Bobby as for her the work is her passion and a commitment. She is honest and sincere in her chosen profession.

Currently I am consulting her for my child's braces but I have been visiting her for various dental treatments for myself and my family for over 18 years now. One of the most comfortable friend in a doctor I have ever come across is Dr Bobby Thomas… to handle my fear of dental panic attacks is not easy… but she with so much patience and friendly banter just makes me feel so comfortable that I even started to enjoy my visits with her (though my pre visit fear still exists) Just the thought of meeting her has helped me make my teeth behave themselves.

So, I came to the Dr Bobby's clinic on a friend's recommendation due to severe tooth pain to be diagnosed with Pericoronitis due to the right wisdom tooth and an impacted wisdom tooth on left - and added to my fear the thought of getting the 4 wisdom tooth removed.

Dr Bobby made me at ease with comforting words, counselling and assurance. This added to the quick and efficient staff like Dr Jubana made my treatment smooth and efficient.
