The experience was good and the doctor was very humble in her talks. She explained the issue and recommended the dosage. Overall it was a good experience. I still think some more time with the doctor to discuss more about the problem could have been provided. The overall consultation lasted for about 2 min only which I think is very less

Doctor Bindiya explained the problem clearly. Prescribed eye drops which reduced the irritation and infection in eye.

Doctor did not even talk to me for more than 5 secs

At arrival, she asked - is this regular check-up?

At last, she said - put a drop for 7 days and come back again after 7 days for eye power check

And just for this, it took 2 hr (including 35 mins of dilation) * ********** ****** ***** *** ***** ** ******* ** *** **** ******** ** * **** ** *** * ******** *** * **** *** **** **** ***** ***** * **** **** *** *** ***** **********

I understand that it’s a doctor recommendation but at least explain some details to the patient. Just not having any conversation doesn’t help.

I generally don’t post such experiences in public but this clearly feels like hospital (Dr Agarwals Eye) has forced the doctors to do so, ***** *** ****** **********

She wasn't friendly and when asked about the treatment time she said I should have come earlier despite telling her it just started last night and I am visiting her the next morning. * ***** *** ****** **** **** **** *** ***** *** ** *** *** *** ** ***** *** **** ** ** ********* ********

I took the appointment for 4:30 pm prior.. But till they made me wait for 2 hrs to meet the doctor..

Highly disapppinted.

They are treating walkin and appointment same.
