I had a good experience with the doctor I eventually consulted after changing due to a delay. Everything was fine, the doctor explained well, and I rate the experience 5 out of 5. The clinic staff and overall visit were also positive.
I attended the consultation but was quite unhappy with the delay. My appointment was at 2:30 PM, but the doctor saw me only at 3:30 PM. Waiting for nearly an hour made me feel that booking the appointment was of no benefit.
