As you have already mentioned you had come for an emergency consultation and I had treated you as per the recommendations. You had given me only one symptom of throbbing headache and no other symptoms and also a previous h/o of Migraine. As you were a breast feeding mother, I could not give you those medications which are not allowed during breast feeding. I also mentioned this to you then. Yes I had advised for a Neurologist opinion only for further management and imaging if required, as you had a very bad throbbing headache which didn’t reduce despite of IV medication and was the right step to take medically as you didn’t complain of any other symptoms. You only understand things from your point of view and not medically, so am forced to explain all these things here which was mentioned to you earlier.
