****** *** ***** heard my problem with patience.. suggested some lab tests but when i tried to book a follow up session on reports he kept.on postponing.. 1 time I reached there and receptionist informed he is stuck in a meeting.. second and third time it was postponed and informed on phone. i think that's because it's not his clinic but sky medical is just a platform for the doctors

We consulted Dr. Bivek when I was admitted in Phoenix Hospital for acute pain for kidney stones. He made * **** **** diagnosis of immediately going for DJ stenting by looking at reports which literally saved my kidney's life and also remove one stone stuck through cystoscopy. He suggested to go for a laser procedure through another hospital and surgeon gauging the severity of the other stone but we continued to consult him as we felt more protected under his advise. He is very considerate and listens to your condition which makes you feel heard and taken care of which in turn makes you less worried about your ailment. He also suggests lifestyle changes along with medicine which to me is always a good sign.

Not a good experience. Somehow the doctor was in a hurry. *** *** ****** ********* *********** ***** ** * **** ***** *** listening skills need to be improved. Also not very friendly, comes across as intimidating and doesn't really give a comfortable environment for us to share our problem. My wife has recurrent UTIs ***** *** ********* **** ********* ** ***** ******* *** *** ****** ***** **** ** *** ******* *** gave few suggestions in a hurry.
