Since my kid had ear pain even after consulting the paediatrician, we thought of going for a detail ENT checkup . We paid 550rs in the Fortis hospital for the consultation. To my surprise she does not bother to check the ear with otoscope, the very basic thing every ENT doctor will do before their prescription . I guess she would have prescribed the same medicine even if I am showing the other ear which was not having any issue. She was in complete hurry though no one was waiting for her consultation

Visited For Ear Pain
We went to magna clinic for a check up for my husband who was complaining of ear pain. I called the clinic in the afternoon and enquired about ENT doctor avaibility.I was informed that doctor Athira is the consultant and would be there by 6:20p.m. in the clinic.
Accordingly we reached there by 6:15.p.m. We were informed that the doctor would be there in 15 mins. After 30 mins we were ready to move when again they said that in 10mins the doctor would be there. Atlast at 7 p.m. dr. ATHIRA arrived and to our surprise she was shouting at us that next time please come to fortis. For one patient I cannot come here. This was her tone. Who the had asked her to come if we were informed that she is not available thats it. Why were we in the first place asked to come if she had problem visiting the clinic.
Very sad to see such type of behaviour from a doctor.
