Dr. Arpandev Bhattacharyya

Dr. Arpandev Bhattacharyya is a very good doctor who patiently listens to all the problems and gives suitable advice. He is not in a hurry to finish the consultation.

I am getting treated by Dr Arpan Dev Bhattacharya, since 2001(When I landed in Bangalore) when I was diagnoised with Type 2 Diabetics.

Dr Arpan has always guided us with his ***** medication, more than medicine, his +ve outlook to view issues and interactions with us, which plays an important role in managing diabetics. Also over these periods, I cant ever recollect he asking us to get any additional unnecessary/ non routine tests.

Also the type of medicines he prescribes are the latest to hit market and makes immense difference to treat diabetics and keep Blood sugar values under reasonable control span. Also in these 18 years, I can not ever remember he cancelling appointments or came in late. Even today, (28th Nov 2019) while I went without an appointment, we could finish our consultations, in 45 min flat, which was less than commuting time from Malleswaram to Shivjyothi clinic.

While I know Diabetics cant be cured and has to be endured as well as look for side effects, few Doctors like Dr Arpandev makes us undergo such painfull, dull process a bearable one and help you overcome the issue to the best of your ability by their guidance.

Recently (about a year or so) my wife is on borderline case for diabetics, and she too now gets her checks done with Dr Arpandev.

He is very punctual. Never discourages his patients .always friendly and a people's doctor.. but at the reception desk when I swiped my card the first time it got cancelled but the second time it went through.but I got an alert on my mobile saying both times Rs 600 was deducted. yesterday tried calling the clinic many times to inform them finally got through today on the following number25250234. The lady who spoke said since it has got cancelled the money would surely be returned to the account.I am still waiting for the alert.Apart from that absolutely no problem at all.Dr Arpandev is a very good doctor and will keep consulting him in future too.

After a lot of research and incorrect dosage of my thyroid problem for almost an year, I found Dr Arpan Dev Bhattacharyya through practo and decided to consult him.

He is the best when it comes to diagnosis. I have been consistent with him for the past 2 years now . He has taken care of my hypothyroidism effectively and now I am stable. He has also taken care of my vit d deficiency and general issues with health. He has tried to look after my health in an overall perspective not limiting to only thyroid treatment. He is very much friendly, extremely trustworthy and excellent when it comes to diagnosis. Also, he is an amazing person to be in touch with. I am really grateful to Doctor Bhattacharyya for his treatment and betterment of my health conditions.

I highly recommend him and also request to other patients, be consistent with Doctor and his follow ups. He will surely treat you at the best of his capacity.

Very sad to tell, we do come to hospital for our concerns , should know that we will be more concern about our reports , by increased hba1c , he literally shouted , stating what I don't know to see report, i can't see ,dats not the way , literally felt bad ,that too we come from far distance hoping for good treatment,he didn't even explain the treatment well , don't know not up to expectations,we should feel to come back again , it's kind request please don't shout on patient niether patient party , we too have dignity and I think it's patient rights

Nice building , flooring wooden walls but sorry a these are not the only requirements for a clinic, there is no way you can communicate to this clinic in case of emergency. **** **** ** ******** ***** *** ** *** **** ********* ******* * ****** ******** ****** I visited for my father type1 diabetes, if I was concerned and asked questions for my father, he labelled it as a problem with people in Bangalore as we won’t let the Patient speak, * **** ** ******** **** *****

I got impressed initially by reviews , visited and was impressed with his style , not blaming but the day we started his prescription , ** ****** ******* ******* ******** ** *** ***** I got worried and tried to contact him through all possible means, but he never replied, to seek his advice, if I should visit him in emergency , when etc.

I would rather go a less reviewed doctor than an incommunicado one. My father was very upset with our two visits.

The doctar is a very professional and dignified gentleman. I have been with him since 2015 and recommended many other people. Every person that I have recommended has been grateful for the introduction, since he made a real difference in their lives and quality of health. Dr. Arpandev Bhattacharya has always made me feel that i am in good hands. Having lost a parent from diabetes I was very nervous when the disease struck me at an early age but the good doctar had helped me manage it to pre-diabetic levels for four years now. I could not recommend him enough!

Not knowing too many people in Bangalore, I trusted practice reviews and went ahead with this doctor. It was a terrible experience for me. I have had thyroid for the last 12 years. Over the last few months my thyroid has dropped to dangerous levels and side effects have included panic attacks and anxiety and drowsiness. The doctor firstly said that is not his problem to cure, he hardly bothered listening to me. He didn't ask me about my food habits, or smoking or alcohol, things that have an effect on all of this. ********* ** ******** he must make the patient more comfortable by seeing the patient eye to eye and greet the patient and make him feel at home which is very important for a doctor.

He should have the patience to listen to the patient completely. ** ****** **** ** *** ******* ** * ***** *** *** ** * *****

For example I said I lost weight and I a feel fatigue when I go for a walk.He could not spend time to explain as to what one should do to gain back the strength. He said eat more and that's it.

But still I prefer him.

May be a few more visits will make him familiarise with my case.
