I have consulted Dr.Archana as part of nutrition to follow for weight loss. I was 85 kgs when I met her in Nov 2020 in Dubai. I have strictly followed her instructions to change my diet habits and what to add and what to take away. Believe me, it has worked and I was able to reduce 20 kgs in an year( an average of 2 kgs every month). Other than diet, I use to follow moderate exercise mainly walking and some badminton 5 days a week.
I had health related problems, so I approached Dr.Archana. She had advised me the diet through which I was able to recover from all my health problems... Even today I am in diet control following Dr.Archana advice and I am fine today.
