Dr. Amit listened to our problem and explained us about all possible issue and treatments. Before his visit, was not sure whether our stay is fruitful in Apollo.

But after meeting him, I changed my mind. And really happy with his consultancy.

Disappointing Experience with Dr. Amit Yelsangikar at Aster CMI Hospital. Upon visiting Dr. Amit at Aster CMI Hospital, we were disheartened to find ourselves waiting for over three hours before being attended to. This prolonged wait time was already a significant inconvenience, but unfortunately, it was just the beginning of our dissatisfaction with the service provided.

Regrettably, Dr. Amit displayed a lack of interest in listening to our concerns and was notably dismissive of the issues we attempted to address. Instead of offering thorough explanations or considering alternative approaches* ** ******* *********** ****** ***** ******* ********** ********** ***** ********** The cumulative cost of these tests amounted to over Rs. 25,000, a considerable financial burden that we were not prepared for.

When we sought clarification regarding the need for these tests, Dr. Amit responded with agitation and displayed impolite behavior. This demeanor was not only disrespectful but also indicative of a lack of professionalism and empathy towards patients. Moreover, such behavior was not exclusive to our interaction.

Reflecting on this experience, I am compelled to emphasize the importance of seeking feedback from platforms like Practo before consulting any medical professional. Had I been aware of the negative testimonials regarding Dr. Amit, I would have undoubtedly reconsidered our decision to seek his services.

In light of our disappointing encounter, I strongly advise against consulting Dr. Amit at Aster CMI Hospital. Instead, I urge you to consider alternative healthcare providers who prioritize patient care and demonstrate professionalism in their practice.

The doctor was not at all friendly at first place!

I was intending to tell the history of my problem and which doctor I visited earlier but he very rudely told me that it doesn’t matter to him. He proceeded asking me all sorts of details about my problem and also examined me. But at the end just gave me 2 tabs and a powder for constipation. He did not explained me about the issue as to why I was experiencing slight pain in my left abdomen and what could have caused it. Also, he never instructed anything about diet and all.. just told have this and consult me after a month. Really disappointed to have consulted this doctor after having to wait for almost 2.5 hours !

Do not recommend this doctor if you are looking to consult a gastroenterologist in Aster CMI.

I checked the comments here and thought how can doctor in Aster be so bad and booked the appointment.

I regret the decision even though there were no other patients I had to still wait for more than hour.

Once finally I was called it was over in a min. He didn’t even listen to my concerns.

I was suggested endoscopy and next day when I visited they informed someone has to be with me as this will make you dizzy and you can’t drive. Isn’t it doctor responsibility to provide information.

Over all I would suggest to go for a small clinic than him.

I had met this doctor in Aster CMI. Not through Practo. One of the most impolite, arrogant & dismissive persons I have come across in my life. ****** ** ******** ** ********** *** **** ********* * had a rude behaviour. Dismissed all patient's observations. Was rude to me and my family. Doctor didn’t explain anything Scott the diagnosis. Even for diet, I had to go back to him to check what I could eat. The took the prescribed medicines but I have no improvement. Consulting another doctor now.

Dr. Amit don't have patience to listen to his patients and also he is very rude. I don't know about other Gastroentrologists in Aster CMI, but please don't go to him. ** ******* **** **** **** ** ********* Not satisfied at all even after consulting, diagnosing endoscopy, i am not getting confident on his treatment. I was too sick and trying to explain things. But he never bothered to listen to me and he cut me off in between when I was trying to tell him my health issues.He was more concerned about my weight rather than providing resolution to my gastrointestinal problem. Also he did not tell me the reason for my stomach related problem. He was too arrogant and rude when he spoke to me. This is not acceptable, since we pay 800 rs for an appointment and based on my opinion first the doctor should listen to what patient saying and then provide resolution. Also he kept asking me what job I do and where do I work which is not at all related to my stomach upset problem. I was trying to show prescription slip from other doctor but he dint even bother looking at it. I have been visiting Aster for more than 4 years, but this is the experience I have faced.
