I am Jayashree Mirazkar, an ex OS from Army (Defence). I had undergone cataract surgery of both my eyes. I found Dr Alok Swamy to be one of the best surgeons in Bangalore, coolest and very well behaved doctor. I had no fear at all during the operation it is all because of Dr Alok's friendly behavior which makes the patient fearless. This was my second visit to Dr. Alok B S. He is **** ************* *** accommodating. The appointment and consultation process was seamless, and buying medicines was hassle-free.

I visited with my aged parents for their checkup. The doctor invested time in understanding their detailed history, explained the issues to them and performed thorough check-ups. The doctor nd his team was extremely cordial throughout the time we were there. The clinic has great facilities and arrangements in place to make the visitors comfortable.

Booked an appointment for 11:30 and reached 5 mins early. Doctor hadn't arrived yet and there was a long queue of waiting patients. I didnt understand why the receptionist accepted my appointment if there was no system in place to honor it. After sitting for a few mins, rather than wasting my time further, i decided to leave. Can't attest to the capability of the doctor, my feedback is purely based on the respect for patients time.
