The experience couldnt be this bad. I was thinking of sharing my experience from sometime. So here it is.

Went there for acne treatment. In first visit they tried giving their acne package with laser treatment. I took 4 chemical peel sessions alongwith comedons removal session. Costed me alot in first visit itself. Then prescribed some oral medicine and zinc tablets and a cream to apply on acne.

I followed all prescriptions over 3 months regularly, went through 4 sessions of chemical peel over the time period of 3 months *** ***** ***** *** ********* ** ** ***** ******** ** ****** **** **** ****** ****** ** ***** Everytime i will go to doctor, she will increase the dosage of medicine by 10mg. In my last visit, she again increased my dosage of medicine to 40mg ***** *** *** ***** ********** ******* *** ******** *** ****** ** ** **** ******* **** * **** ***** I had to apply vaseline whole day and it was forgettable experience.

** **** ****** ** ****** ** ** **** ********* *** ***** ******** ** **** **** * ******* doctor suggested to go for laser treatment which was costing hefty amount, which again is not guaranteed to stop my acne. Then they even stopped following up with me which was highly unprofessional of them and this happened only when I did not went for laser as they suggested.

I stopped taking the medicines and went to another doctor ***** **** *** **** ******** *** ** *** ***** * ***** *** *** ****** ** ** **** ***********

Really wasted my money and time. I wish they could refund my money. If anyone from Oliva is reading this , you can check the pictures which doctor use to take in camera or phone and you will see the status of my acne after 3 months of visiting Oliva. Also no follow ups nothing which is so unprofessional.
