After visiting multiple doctors i found the Dr.Akhil explanation of procedure that needs to be done along with tooth removal he suggested to do bone graft to overcome the bone loss.. Procedure was painless and ensures there is no discomfort during the surgery. Antibiotics given to avoid any infection in the bone graft.
