Dr. Ajay Singh's work was impressive and excellent. The explanations were clear, and the clinic atmosphere along with the staff behavior were all good.

If dentists had ratings beyond 5 stars, Dr. Ajay Singh would honestly deserve them. He is incredibly patient, gentle, and reassuring, explaining everything calmly so even anxious patients feel comfortable instantly. His unhurried approach and constant attention to my comfort made this the only dental clinic where I felt completely stress-free during treatment. Highly recommended!

My son recently underwent a root canal treatment with Dr. Ajay Singh, and we had an excellent experience. Dr. Singh was incredibly patient, gentle, and reassuring throughout the process. He explained everything clearly and made sure my son was comfortable at every step. The procedure was smooth and almost painless, and the recovery has been quick. The clinic was well-maintained, hygienic, and the staff was very professional. We’re truly thankful to Dr. Ajay Singh for his expert care and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of dental treatment.

Excellent! I had a bad experience with this new gen dentists ... regret going to them without consulting Dr. Ajay who was our family dentist . Since we moved out of RT nagar I thought I would take treatment from the place close to my new apartment ! It was a costly mistake not only in terms of money but also got myself talked in to dental implants without realising how important to know if this is really required or any other procedure can be done !

Now I am relieved as I am back in safe hands !

Very kind & soft spoken person, he will not let you feel the pain while treatment, ofcourse coz of anaesthesia you will not feel the pain but the best part is after the effect of anaesthesia got over then also I dint felt even the bit of it and he does his work very carefully with taking care of all hygiene, he will tell you why and how the treatment has been done so that the person should be clear with all the doubts which has been going on his/her mind while treatment. I will definitely recommend him for my friends and family.

Came to the dentist based on high recommendation of friend. Doctor is courteous and articulate. Procedures were also done smoothly and without much pain.

Issues I have with going to this clinic is

1. Difficult to get appointment, as staff never picks up phone and each time gives a date of a few days ahead, despite the fact that I had a sharp pain in teeth after RCT.

2. Refuses to accept cheque and card payments. sad actually as they seem to have a lot of patient and should be honestly paying more taxes than they are

3. Even in walkin they do not provide any clarity on how long it will take.

4. Toothache has not really gone away as I am visiting him again for same complaint!!

Dr Ajay Singh and team is a populous Dental clinic run by his doctor couple in RT Nagar area one of the best in Bangalore serving for the patients from all corners since three decades. My family is a permanent associate to this clinic because of the belief and good faith which we had on this is continuing like others. Anyone can visit without doubt regarding the treatment is concerned, a yeoman devine service to the mankind. I am visiting this dr.from a decade. Dr.Ajay Singh is very social simple and friendly. He is excellent appointed good staff clinic is very clean. But only thing i request is that he should give concession to poor,middle class and senior citizens.

If thr patient need any equiry dirct with Dr. He should see the patient and solve the problem not through the receptionest. Not always but whe the patient is in need.

Staff is excellent specially receptionest.

Experience of getting an appointment with the doctor was good. We had taken our son for dental filling. The doctor was friendly, he explained the issue and performed the procedure with care. He is skilled and very informative. Overall experience at Adarsh dental clinic was very good.
