I feel so happy and delighted that I came across Dr. Aditi on Practo during the most difficult period of my recovery. After facing some injuries and muscle tears/spasms from a previous therapist I was seeing, I decided to change the therapist and that was when I came across Dr. Aditi. She took the time to go through my entire medical history post the accident and did an excellent job in diagnosing the issue. With just a couple of massage and kneading techniques she removed the muscle spasms that i was suffering with since 3 months in just a week which was amazing. She could also help me get 95% of my arm movement range back in a few weeks :) She is really kind, friendly and understands the patients experiences from their point of view. At the same time she is very professional in her job and must say I am really glad to be treated by her. :) I saw a drastic decrease in pain I was suffering through her specialized techniques and the IFT treatments post each session. I would definitely recommend Dr. Aditi to anyone I meet in future for physio and rehab.

Aditi is not only a fabulous doctor/healer, she is a great person to heal oneself of any pain. I would recommend her for the following expertise and qualities she has always shown in patient care for my treatment of sciatica and working on long-term fitness with Pilates:
- Clear and mature understanding of pain
- Providing/adjusting treatment/exercise as per body type
- Being sensitive to patient's other needs and patient in treatment
- Is balanced in her approach of treatment and fitness
- Is a great listener and is friendly and respectful to people

I'm very happy with Dr. Aditi. I'm a 26 year old woman and for the last 8 years I've always had back pain. And it was getting unbearable and made me feel really limited and frustrated. I went to see Dr. Aditi, and from the beginning she diagnosed my issue and explained it to me. I understood it was going to be a slow process and that I had to be constant.
First I took pain management treatment and mobilization, as well as some stretching, and it definitely worked.
Slowly we started with the exercises. She is a professional Pilates instructor and she makes sure you do the exercises correctly. Pain came back cause my muscles and back were getting disturbed as she had already predicted, but it was necessary, and when it happened I took a pain management treatment session.
After 4 months my back feels way lighter, the intense pain is not there, and I'm stronger for sure.
She adjusts to my schedules and communication with her is very easy as she is very friendly, kind and clear.
Now I'm leaving the country for a few months and I will continue doing the exercises I've learnt.
I'm sure that if I get more constant with them and incorporate then to my daily routine my back will remain healthy.
