Dr. Divya Nagabushana

Dr Divya Nagabushana is an efficient and empathetic clinician, presently consultant neurologist in People Tree hospitals, Bengaluru. She has trained in Pediatrics and Neurology and is well-versed with managing neurological conditions in both adults and children. She has a special interest in pediatric neurological disorders such as pediatric epilepsy, neurometabolic, neurogenetic, nutritional and developmental disorders. She completed her MBBS with distinction and MD Pediatrics securing the 2nd rank in Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, graduating from Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute. She worked as Pediatric Registrar in Bhagwan Mahaveer Jain Hospital and as Assistant Professor of Pediatrics in M S Ramaiah Medical College and Hospitals. She completed DM Neurology in BMCRI standing 1st in the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and worked as Assistant Professor of Neurology in National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences.Dr Divya has ample experience dealing with patients with acute and chronic neurological disorders having worked in centres with high patient load throughout. She enjoys interacting with people and is driven to make a positive difference for every patient she treats. She has an active interest in research and has several peer reviewed publications in reputed journals. She has also been a recipient of national scholarships and medals and has presented in several pediatric and neurology conferences. She is certified in pediatric advanced life support, neonatal resuscitation, IYCF counselling and Developmental assessment by Bayley’s scale of Infant development.
