Intially had bitter experience with Pristyn staff who answers phone calls sitting in unknown place, but timely intervention by Dr. Divya took us to the next level of experience where I can say Great staff, helpful and patient right from start to finish, admission to Discharge, consultation to post surgery reviews.

@ Dr Divya lovely to speak with every appointment and great to find a doctor who combines personal feel and care for a patient with outstanding medical care.

I got septoplasty done for my son on 20th November 2021.

I had consulted more than six doctors for the same and finally met doctor Divya who explained my son about the steps involved in surgery.

My son who was reluctant to get the surgery done , was satisfied with Dr.Divya's explanation of the problem what he was facing and agreed for surgery.

General feedback: I had booked an appointment through Practo for Nov 8th rainy morning, while I reached the clinic I was informed that the doctor is having an emergency surgery to be done. It was annoying since I reached getting drenched in rain. Further my appointment was rescheduled to evening. And it was a FREE consultation. Very kinda of Pristyn care team.

You were really patient and compassionate doctor. Although the patient was not physically present, you heard everything carefully and clearly explained each and every bit. Never hurried through the consultation for even a bit and made for a really comfortable consultation. For any future consultations on the same subject, I know whom i have to consult. Doctor is friendly, listens to all of the problem carefully and then suggests the appropriate treatment.

I consulted Dr. Divya as I was unable to hear clearly from my right ear. She suggested me to use ear drops for a few days to clear off the wax and to rule out the possibility of earwax as the reason for the hearing loss. Although the wax build up was quite a lot, her timely advice and intervention helped me get relief within no time! I would definitely recommend Dr. Divya for her expertise in the field of ENT.
