I had been suffering from tooth ache past 3days so i booked the appointment from practo and visited "Citrus Dental"clinic .I met the staff (Arshita) and she was too friendly and humble, she asked my condition and offered me water. I hardly waited for few minutes and Dr.Dimple arrived. She too made me comfortable and was too friendly, asked all my situations and heard me carefully. After which she examined my mouth and tooth condition,using x-ray. She found out that my upper wisdom tooth was the culprit and was causing me unbearable pain. So she prescribed the medication and suggested to go for wisdom tooth extraction, she fixed the appointment with another surgeon for next the day. I visited again for the scheduled appointment and met Dr.Kiran. Even, Dr. Kiran was too humble,friendly , profesional and down to earth. I was afraid as I had no one to bring along with me but everyone made me so comfortable and friendly that i didn't needed anyone . I must say Dr. Dimple is not just an awesome dentist but a very humble soul too :) Even the staffs are too good and helpful:) It was an awesome experience and I would highly recommend Citrus Dental, Practo to the users. I wish all the best to Dr. Dimple and her staffs in making it big and last but not the least thanks a lot for fixing my issues 😇❤️

A wonderful RCT experience at Citrus Dental.I was having a partly broken tooth for sometime which was leading to uncomfortable touchpoints around the tooth and gum. I visited Citrus Dental to give it a go after doing some prelim research on web, the proximity was also a reason. However, after my first visit I was totally convinced about it. Inconsulted with Dr. Dimple who was really calm in hearing my problem before sharing her advise, along with different options to go forward along with their pro-cons. I was really impressed to hear this part, as now a days most clinics we hear about how the costliest one is more beneficial. Later on, i enrolled myself for a RCT (root canal) on doctors advice and based on my suitability doctor allocated me convenient appointment slots. I had a RCT experience previously, hence really loved the flexibility part as I had to get this done amid office trip and household chores. Later I also got cap done on my RCTed tooth, and even here her detailed consultation was very helpful (and educative on same time). Apart from visits, she was caring enough to check the condition of the treated tooth at regular interval, which is fantastic considering most places its like "visit us if any problem" approach. She is really considerate about others time, hence kind of always punctual on scheduled appointment timeframes, that helped greatly. Highly recommend her for any dental consultation or process.

I recently visited Dr. Dimple for my long pending tooth checkup , though as per 2-3 checkups I got suggestions that I should go for root canal but dr. Dimple is very very genuin she did not care about money or anything and she suggested that as per current situation root canal is not needed we can go for filling. Hence I went for filling. Even in filling also I had very good experience it was like nothing happened very smooth process. I really like her honesty and professionlism . She does not consult she is one of very responsible doctor I have met . Definately I would recommend her .

Dr Dimple is exceptional. **** ************* *** ** ****** ** ********** She immediately put me at ease vis a vis my wisdom tooth pain. Explained that since the tooth has fractured it needs to be extracted. On my agreeing to the procedure the same was scheduled for next day and Dr. Kiran who performed the surgery was an exception too. Excellent surgeon. The procedure in total took 5 minutes to complete and the recovery has been swift and painless without any complications.

I thank Dr Kiran and Dr Dimple for taking good care of me. May God bless them all..people in Varthur and nearby can awail the services of Dr Dimple without any reservations.

Apart from the procedure, which was painless, the overall fee charged was also very justifiable and apt for the services provided. I went for basic cleaning of my teeth along with some yellowing of molars/worn down teeth which were later treated with dental fillings and that too without any pain or medication after the procedure.

Would recommend visiting this (Citrus Dental) clinic for any dental problems.

My nana was having pain in his tooth since some days(in October'20). It then became unbearable and I took him to Citrus Dental Care where Dr. Dimple Bhatiya examined him. Dr. Dimple made sure that she took utmost care and safety while treating my Nana(Since it was covid situation also). My nana had to undergo RC, so he was bit afraid but we were assured by Dr.Dimple and she stayed by her words !

Very professional, calm & good in her work, she completed the RC and finally my Nana was able to then eat without any pain. We are very thankful to such a polite Dr. Dimple and she is our family dentist now !!

Visited citrus dental to get my daughter's cavity checked. At first my daughter was not ready to even enter the clinic , after talking with dr We returned back since my daughter was not ready to get the treatment. During our next visit Doctor did make my daughter comfortable and finally she was ready to get the treatment. The procedure was smooth 👌, my daughter didn't even complain once during the course. We have been visiting Dr Bhatiya since past few months and my daughter loves going to citrus dental. Can't thank dr Bhatiya enough for supporting us throughout the journey.

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Dimple G Bhatiya ( BDS MUHS) were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. DImple really took her time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic. Citrus Dental. Further, to add I had also taken my father-in-law to the doctor for severe dental pain across 4 teeths, she had extracted the 3 teeth causing issue to the pain with ease, really happy with the way the things moved, highly recommended for the dental related issues. Now I think I really don’t have to wander here and there for dental issue as she is our family doctor.
