Dr. Dhara’s treatment during the whole physio session has been commendable ** *** *** ** ***** ********* ***** *** ***** *** has recommended right exercises which involves core strengthening and back strengthening exercise. She’s friendly and has good listening skills which makes the entire process smooth to explain and make her understand about the issue. I have seen a huge difference in my back after regularly doing the exercise.
