I'm a regular client of Deepa for almost 2 years now. She has helped me in multiple areas ranging from behavioural patterns, to dealing with trauma from the past, to fixing my approach towards difficult situations in work and personal life, to being more self aware and being kind to myself. I have changed significantly as a person thanks to her support. What I really liked about her approach is that she listens and fully understands what I am going through, and instead of prescribing solutions, helps me come up with my own solutions by asking the right questions and bringing more objectivity/perspective. I have been recommending her to any friend or colleague who comes to me asking for therapist suggestions, so I thought I'd put out a review for her in public as well. Amazingly calm and listens and will remember every detail shared and only then give her opinion on how to go ahead with therapy. She helped me untie many small knots as we called it before hitting straight onto the bigger issues. Made me feel heard, and helped in increasing self worth. She tried various ways of therapy and checked what worked best for me. Never did I even once felt that she wasn’t paying attention or was in a rush. All appointments started and ended on time and each one was fruitful. She seems far more experienced and knows her job well!
