I have no comments on doctors might on qualification or treatment regards to vaccination schedules friendliness and value. my concern is with assistants/staff and their behavior towards customers at clinic unable to manage the practo scheduled appointments. today visited at 245pm. shutter was down. on calling repeated was told outside until 4pm my appointment was complete post 4pm. this wait time and inefficiency of staffs unable to manage and respect the little baby girls cry and patience is really questionable who is just 1.4yrs. this has been repeated in past and there is no solution. if appointment was available for 3pm today. why did assistant tell lunch hours are 230pm to 4pm. made us to wait outside. this is the amount of courtesy and respect provided to customer like me. it is highly disappointing experience most times as I am always on time or before schedule and have been made to wait and causing changes to my personal and official activity delays because of such incidents on the days of appointment schedule. I can only urge the doctor to take some time off to educate/train the staff to be professional in approach also not being rude arrogant shouting and disrespectful towards the customers and value their time and schedule timings as per practo appointment booking. this delays and wait time are turns me off and makes me rethink of my decision to visit for the humiliation approach possessed by the staff repeatedly. lastly on payment by card is always discouraged by staffs and they insist for cash until I say I have informed the doctor on payment mode the staff is at a argument with me.

We are consulting doctor since time time our baby was 25 days old. He is very calm, friendly and explains each and every question in a very polite and nice way. It's very difficult to find doctors like him in Bangalore. As a parent, we would have lot of doubts in our mind regarding baby's activities and health. He spends a considerable amount of time with each patient and make us feel very comfortable. We have also seen his reviews and gone there. I hope this review helps someone to find a very good doctor.

We got to know about doctor by practo app and I must say that Dr. Chandrashekhar is the best doctor. He is such a soft spoken doctor who has a wonderful knowledge of children health. He is very patient and gives you a caring feel at very first meet. Our Baby had started crying heavily but he handled the baby's crying and made the whole vaccination process smooth and answered all our questions thoroughly. He didn't hurry up at all which is a great quality. He didn't give any unnecessary medicines and advised mostly natural ways to handle general situations of kids. He paid at most attention and time in hearing issues and providing the solutions to them. He was extremely calm for my silliest of questions and I am glad he is my baby's pediatrician. When he got to know, we are new to the city he gave us his email id to contact him for any queries. I would Highly recommend the doctor to everyone.

I am visiting doctor chandrashekhar right from my son's birth at Narayana hospital whitefield and my experience is outstanding with him. He is the best pediatric doctor I have seen so far.
