Had consulted this doctor on Practo for UTI, and I was prescribed some medicines and was asked to take a test. The following day I came down with * *** fever, and I tried reaching out to the doctor over the Practo chat, but she never responded. Practo allows a seven day follow-up consultation with every doctor that you consult with. My condition version and my reports confirmed that I have a UTI and I reached out to the doctor for five days for a response, but she never responded to me. The Practo team was also ********** ** ** *** *** did not assist me in this regard. **** ****** *** **** ***** ********* **** *** ************ *** ****** *** ***** ** ********* **** *** ** ******** ** *** Firstly, I was denied medical attention which I was entitled to because I had paid for it and secondly, as a consumer, I was denied services that I had paid for.
