Dr. Bijjal Raj have attained primary schooling and college in Bangalore. MBBS from JJM Medical College, Davanagere. Post-graduation (DLO) from J N Medical College, Belagavi. Fellowship in Micro Ear Surgery (FMES) from KLE academy of Higher Education and Research (KAHER), Belagavi and Vijaya Superspeciality Otology Center, Bangalore. Certification in Cochlear Implantation Surgery from IMMAST (affl. to Royal College of Surgeons, London), Mumbai. Winner of the prestigious Dr. R. A. F. Cooper award for the best original research paper for the year 2020. Winner of Dr. H Vijayendra Gold Medal for best paper presentation by practising ENT Surgeon in the year 2023. Work experience as a specialist in the field of ENT and HNS for 8 years. Having worked under various ENT and HNS surgeons and having attended various hands on surgical workshops, developed a plethora of surgical skills in the field of ENT and HNS. Performed over 500 simple to complex ear surgeries among other nose and throat surgeries in my experience of 8 years.
