Very Rude and Lack empathy. She should undoubtedly need to learn how to be polite and how to deal with tense parents. Few things may seem routine for you, but it is your obligation to answer questions from parents who are experiencing new problems and require clarifications.
Two months back, I have been to this hospital for a minor treatment. It was all carried out well and no complications were seen throughout the session. I don't remember the exact waiting time but the overall experience was excellent. I am extremely happy with the results.
I took two consultations with her including a follow up. An approximate of 20 to 30 minutes wait time was noted respectively. The doctor was cordial *** *************. But she spoke very fast that it was slightly difficult to catch. But the second time, I didn't go through this as she was gentle. Overall experience will deserve high regards.
