Dr. Bhavana (Physiotherapist)

Dealing with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis since forever, I've got enough experience with physiotherapists now. However, this lockdown restricted me from going out and continuing my sessions. I rushed to Dr. Bhavana for help. And, without any delay, she started taking my online sessions. Before recommending, she understood my joint restrictions and my pain tolerance level. She suggested me simple exercises to move ahead with and then she reviewed the same after 3 days. Not just Bhavana understands you but she is also sympathetic towards the pain you are dealing as she understands mental trauma too well. Owing to long hours of sitting at work, I had severe neck pain. Neck movements were so restricted that I use to get frequent headaches. So I decided to see a physiotherapist and consulted Dr. Bhavana.

I was suffering from serious muscle knots around my body, and a bad posture - which lead to weird light head and uncomfortable feeling through out the day, for almost a month. After getting consulted with few general physicians didn’t help and they couldn’t figure out it was because of bad posture. Then I consulted Dr. Bhavana, and that changed my perspective towards PT and it’s importance. She figured out what was the problem and started the treatment with out a second guess. Series of needling, Stretching and customised exercise routine helped me a lot towards recovery. I would any day recommend her, as she is very patience towards patient pain , she understands first about the problem and treats it with her custom driven exercises and stretching which helps a lot towards recovery.
