I went in for chronic Obesity treatment, I was prescribed trizepetide Mounjaro and doctor was patient and explained all the possible side effects big and small and what are the precautions to take. The clinic staff is friendly and professional. The first dose was administered in the clinic by nurse who taught me how to use it myself for following weeks.
Doctors treatment is conservative which aligns with my goal, the dose is continued at lowest looking at my good progress on it for a month.
Every question big or small is addressed without judgement and with clear explanations. Highly recommend!
Visited For Consultation
I visited Dr. Basavraj for a consultation after getting my full-body health reports. I really appreciated his approach. He took the time to go through my reports thoroughly before recommending a scan to get a clearer picture. When I returned the next day for the follow-up, he was just as helpful.
He’s friendly but very straightforward, which I personally prefer. It was a smooth and positive experience.

I'm so grateful to Dr. Basavaraj GS for helping me manage my thyroid! Diagnosed my hypothyroidism accurately, explained everything clearly, and customized meds Eltroxin + supplements. They even suggested diet changes (added iodine-rich foods, cut soy and gluten) and lifestyle tweaks (yoga, stress management). Regular follow-ups tracked my TSH, and I finally feel like myself again! Energy up, mood stable, hair stopped falling. Compassionate, professional, and clinic vibe calming. Highly recommend!\

Thanks to Practo, we reached to this amazing Doctor. He is detail oriented and listens patiently to what we have to discuss and share. He shows a great friendly gesture which encourages to discuss more about the problems and take proper feedback. Clinic: The facility is clean and they have all types of inhouse labs. In addition to Diabetes, they have other doctors, dieticians as well. They also have a tech based app which helps in diabetes management. I found it very useful and easy. Staff: Friendly staff and the guide properly on what to be done next.

At first this doctor seemed friendly and the reviews were good so I reposed some trust in his judgement. However I have realised he is not very thorough when it comes to managing a geriatric diabetes case. My mother is 83 years old and her hba1c had gone very high despite medication so I had realised after speaking with a few doctors that one would need to start her on insulin. He agreed and recommended a starting dose of 8 units ** ******* ***** ** *** ******** ***** ******* ** *** *** ********* ******* *** *** ******* ** ************* ***** ******* * **** **** ** ************* ** *** ******** ** *** ********* ******* ** *********** ** ******** ***** *** **** ** ** ** ** *** *** *** ** ** ** *** ****** *** **** **** *** ********* ** ***** *** ** ******** *** *** **** ******** *** ***** *** *** ** * *** **** ******* ** ** * ********* **** ******** **** *** ***** ******* ** ** *** *** ******** * *********** ****** *** **** *** **** ******* ***** ***** *** *** ****. I immediately stopped her evening ******* dose and titrated down her insulin. Over the last 8 weeks I have been successfully able to titrate insulin while keeping *** ******* ** a minimum of 30 mg morning only and have had no nocturnal hypoglycaemia incident ever since.

Hoped for better: Wait time
********* ************** ** ** **** ******* I booked an appointment for 5:30pm on Monday, August 22 because it was the earliest slot. Doctor arrived at 6:50. Despite having arrived on time, the doctor's assistant sends in another patient (with a later appointment) because "he looked around and couldn't see me." It's 7:15 by the time I finally get to see the doctor, who asks me to get some tests and come back on Wednesday evening. I arrive on Wednesday evening, wait for half an hour, having driven quite a bit in the rain, through traffic, when I finally decide to call his assistant, who tells me the doctor is on leave for the next two days. What sort of appointment management is this? This clinic is not even a real clinic, just a room rented out by a very crowded diagnostic centre. Pathetic experience from start to finish. The doctor is polite but what's the point of politeness if you don't respect your patients' time? I just decided to see another doctor.

I was struggling a lot due to my diabetes & busy schedule, due to which my health was affected a lot. One night I read on Practo about Onecare Clinic and its positive reviews. The next day, I immediately booked an appointment for myself. The most appreciative thing is that when I visited the clinic, the staff was very supportive & without wasting any time, I met the doctor at the exact time of my appointment. Dr. Basavaraj is quite understanding & with his expertise did make a difference in my health.

Dr. Basavaraj always takes the time to make the patient feel at ease. Instead of just prescribing the medicine, he explains what it is for and why it is important. In case of any changes too, he explains why he is making the change and what we can expect out of it which helps in creating a lot more confidence in him. The best thing about him is that he works towards cure and prevention and not just management.
Also, the OneCare program that was suggested by him helped a lot in managing my diabetes as well as my lifestyle.
I visited the OneCare diabetes clinic and was very happy on how the clinic staff helped with booking and directions. I am a type 2 chronic diabetic (having it for over 15 yrs) and have never been on insulin but here there was no other option but to take up insulin.
It was our first time knowing and understanding about insulin. And Dr. Basavaraj explained to the point about it and his encouragement to take up insulin without anyone's help really boosted my confidence.
I would have give 5 stars because he did not deviate from topic he didn't go on a ranting spree on how Ayurveda is not so good
He stuck to what was important and he gave a good 30mins to us. Doctor has been very helpful. Provided optimum guidance, diet and exercise regime. Feeling very positive after talking to him.
