Valmiki is a Physiotherapist and Certified personal trainer since 2012 and has been instructing 9 to 90-year olds for over 9 years. He has started his career in Brookfield, Bangalore. He has done national and international certifications and he loves to upgrade himself consistently. He quickly developed into one of the top physio & personal trainer in the field, eventually being promoted to Manager.Valmiki, founders of ARCH, is a leading pioneer of the Physiotherapy and fitness industry, in Bangalore. To date he has introduced the world class Advanced Physiotherapy & Fitness training programs to common people level and is a world leader in the field.Valmiki has trained celebrities and Sports champions and is often called a “trainer of trainers” having trained and certified other trainers. He is known as Father of Biomechanics. Always innovating, Valmiki is passionate about helping people meet and exceed their fitness goals.Valmiki brought his experience, enthusiasm, and expertise to his own company ARCH in February of 2019, bringing a wealth of energy and insight into his new responsibilities. As a Physiotherapist and Trainer, he works to consistently give therapies and training to the highest level with ARCH clients. He loves incorporating functional tools such as FMS, Pilates, Indian clubs, TRX, Rip trainer, Kettlebells, Dynamax, BOSUs and into his high intensity workouts, and mixing in Boxing or Kickboxing for those that are interested. Valmiki currently involved in expanding the ARCH brand and helping to develop its branches.
