Dr Kartick is a genius. ** ** ****** ************* ***** *** **** ** ********** I was suffering from Lower back pain for 3 months & explored all possible options in Bangalore for recovery but in vain. Dr Kartick diagnosis was spot on in 2 minutes. He explained the problems & also suggested a program for recovery with a single medicine. I was having neck and back pain, I visited Arch Physio and met Dr Karthik. Karthik and his team are really amazing. Specially Dr Karthik, he is very friendly and polite, he listens to your problem and explains it to you very well like what's the reason for your problem and how we are going to resolve it. I remember when I visited for the first time, he said I don't want you to be my regular customer and promised me that we will bring your pain from 10 to 1 on a scale of 1-10 and he stood by his word. After the treatment of 14days, I can say I am feeling really great, I don't have any neck or back pain.After therapy he took me for some exercise and asked me to do those exercises with his guidance, he gives a generous amount of time to each patient. Went there for foot pain issue. They asked me about the issue and said we will provide some treatment. They did some treatment with machines, but there was no explanation given to me about the issue I am facing or how long the treatment will take. The treatment was being done by some junior doctor and there was another doctor who kept asking the junior doctor whether the treatment will help the patient or not. None of them seemed to be sure about it but still continued. By the time treatment was done the doctor who initially did the checkup was gone and there was no one to consult or guide me about the future course of treatment. They asked me to pay for the bill of the treatment which they should have confirmed with me before starting the treatment. Also they offered me a package for 10 therapies but again they didn’t know will it help me or not. No explanation or anything given I had to ask for everything. Even for the exercises I should do at home I had to ask myself and there was another fourth person who was completely unaware of my issue came and suggested some exercises to me
