Dr. Ashwin Rao

It has been more than 2 months now that I have been to Dr Ashwin Rao and I have waited before posting a review. He is good with listening to problem history, always follows a standard set of procedures and never hastily given medication. I have a recurring problem of pimple and acne and it has been almost 10years now. Doctor immediately asked me for a few tests, laid down a few minor changes to food habits and prescribed some ointments and pimple reduction medicine.

I also went in for hairfall which was pretty high. On confirming the tests, deviation in my thyroid levels were detected and he immediately referred me to consult an endocrinologist. Thanks to that I have now started with with my thyroid medication and doctor patiently waited before my dosage was fixed to prescribe me other medicines.

My hairfall has now gone down by 70-80%, right from more than 200-300strands a day to 50-70strands. My pimples have reduced 60-70% varies with my food and weather. I have one more month of medication to finish and once my pimples are gone my scar treatment will start.

I am pretty much happy till now. Will definitely right another review with the after results. Doctor is great and wait time is pretty low.

Hi , This is sunil I was facing skin dark pigmentation on my face which was very odd to see. So I visited him for couple of months I went under few medication under him. After certain improvement he suggested me to have skin peel for 2 to 3 sessions but in two sessions I saw a great and drastic improvement. I was suffering from comedones all over my face for almost 2 years.I had earlier consulted other doctor for this but nothing helped. Dr Ashwin explained me about the treatment plan and prescribed some ointments. I had to undergo couple of chemical peels which cleared my face and reduced my marks on face. I can't thank Dr enough for helping me get my confidence back. I will recommend the Dr to anyone who is looking for acne or blackheads treatment. The only negative I see is the receptionist there, they are very rude with customers.

He is very friendly and very well experienced doctor. You can find rarely this kind of Paediatrician dermatologist with good gesture. He called me back to check the status of my kid, this very rare scenario you can see in these days. I am completely satisfied.

Treatment is good.. This is my 5th visit.. I had white patches on the skin. I was more worried about it, after consulting the Doctor, there was complete reduction in the white patches . It's a slow process treatment you need to wait with patience for good result

Waiting time is more even after taking appointments

We had appointment at 8.30 but they sent us inside at 9.00

We had to wait there. So please be punctual and allow at the fixed appointment time. And also medicine are not available any where except that clinic
