Dr. Ashmeet Nagpal (PhD)

Dr. Ashmeet Nagpal has over 15 years of experience as a clinical psychologist and is an RCI certified therapist. She is a Gold Medalist in M.Phil in Mental Health and Social Psychology from the National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro-Sciences (NIMHANS), Bangalore, and thereafter completed her doctoral training in Marital and Family Therapy from NIMHANS. As a therapist she believes in the humanistic/person-centred approach to therapy, while also integrating techniques from other schools, such as systemic, emotion-focussed, psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioural approaches. Her areas of specialization include marital and family therapy, individual psychotherapy, parental counseling, and working with children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral problems.
