the main positive response of practo is that the doctors treat patients just like in clinic consultation by observing the affected area via video calls. other online consultation applications want to send photos of the affected area, & treat the patient, which creates much problem in diagonosis. the doctors attendent first asked about the problem, which is very problematic. I highly recommend practo & Dr. Ashalata for any dermatological problem for online as well as in clinic consultation.

I've consulted Dr Arshalatha regarding itching and skin rashes. The way she get into subject in detail to understand the issue from the root cause and also she makes patients feel comfortable in sharing things to analyse whats the issue actually is.
