Well for a start Dr. Arvind ensured that I was feeling at home. Then he took all the time to explain the process though I've done this before elsewhere, it's the first time I've been told how it's done. Then when he identified few more areas which needs to be addressed, they too were handled deftly. The patience he showed during the entire procedure is commendable. Towards the end he also ensured that I unlearned how I brush my teeth and taught how exactly it's done. Kudos to team Smylife Dental for always exceeding the expectations...
