*** ****** ** *** **** ****** **** **** ****** *** ******** I went to him recently to get a second opinion on my father's (70 yrs) diagnosis of chronic kidney disease with 65% damage - **** ******** ** ** ***** My father's nephrologist had suggested a major surgery as the last resort to solve the issue.
Dr. Arvind is seasoned and patient, and explains the problem well. He asked us to get a few tests done. From the reports, he didn't think that the course of action suggested by my father's nephrologist was accurate. Without wasting my time or money, he asked me to consult a good urologist (he even recommended a few good ones in the city). He was right. The urologist suggested a minor (10 min) procedure and my father recovered from it in 4 days!
Dr. Arvind is as rare as they come these days - in the age of medical professionals leaning towards making income. Its a plus that he's among the top nephrologists in the country and deeply cares about the issue. I will recommend him to anyone I know without a doubt.

Dr. Arvind is a very busy doctor but, amidst of all the busy schedule, he gives equal attention to the patient and listens to what patient is saying, go through the reports thoroughly and then starts explaining on the issue that he/she is dealing with.
He is a much experienced doctor that we can get in Bangalore in terms of nephrology or kidney expert. ****** ******** ***** ********* ** *** ***** **** ******* ******** ********

I would not recommend this doctor. Even though he might be good in theory, ********** ** ** **** **** *** *********** ** ****** ** ** *** **** ** *** ***** *** *** * *** ** **********
My grand dad was his patient and unfortunately now my grand mum too. We had paid 900 in consultation fees just 3 days ago and had accidentally left the prescription in his office. When we went to collect it they could not place it so we requested him to re write it to which he ******* said that he is not inclined to do it, you can show the report to my assistant and he/she will write the prescription.
Sometimes patients can forget things, and this was the prescription- something that we had already paid 900 Rs for. ** ** **** *** **** *** ***** ******** ** ******** ** **** ******** **** *** ****** ** ** ** ************ ******** ***** **** **** ** ******** ** ***** ****** **** **** *** *******

Sir, I really "appreciated" that you asked me to call me by dropping your number but I felt embarrassed when I called you and you told me that you don't remember yet you asked me to call you. I have to travel 16 hours to reach you. I did not expect you would say it.

Very approachable and encouraging. Speaks nicely with the patient. Gives home landline number and timings to call in case of doubts, follow ups, besides visiting at hospital in case of any issue. When patients submit their blood pressure and / or sugar log and share some of their observations he will hear them out or he will go thru himself and if he is convinced that the patient is doing it right he will give a flexible advise on medicine dosing and this encourages patients to interact and work more with doctor and maybe indirectly adds to healing process because there is some one to hear, to reciprocate, to advise. Cheers dr arvind.
