this is my personal experience I had connected with him regarding my mom. ** ******* **** ** ****** **** ******* ******** * * *** ** **** ********* * ******* ** **** ******* **** ***** * **** ** *** *** * * * ****** ******** **** ** **** ******* *** ** *** **he doesn't want to listen your complete problem & don't have time to respond your query) & so much in rush, people are paying hard earned money & for me call was ended in just 2-3 minutes because I felt he is talking a bit rude instead of encouraging to tell complete problem.

The doctor did my video-consultation me while he was traveling in his car and walking in his hospital and the connection was very poor, that we couldn't hear each other properly, *** * ******* ** ****** **** ******** *********** ********* ** **** ******** If he was busy he could have just asked me to reschedule the appointment, instead of doing a bad job. I was wanting his advice on something that was quite an emergency and his lackluster in giving a proper, attentive consultation was very frustrating and felt totally neglected.

The doctor was very curt and barely spent two minutes with us. Dcotor hesitated to do the video call, and he was not friendly. After asking multiple times that I wanted to show the pain area, then he done video call to me. he doesn't have any patience to listen and understand the patient issue. It seems that he didn't go through the reports, which i shared with him because he asked all the things again and i felt that he didnt look into the reports which i sent to him.I should never opt for online consultation via practo.
