I'm diabetic from last 20 years. Recently my son booked consultation with Dr Arpita Chakraborty and we had long conversation. She explained me the reason behind diabetes how food will effects, and organs that effect because of Diabetes. After that she took my whole day activity and food habits based on that she changed my diet. Even I had bloating after each meal , now I'm completely fine . Her diet work really well for me . My HB1c was 9.3 now after following her diet with same medicine came 7.2... after 10 years I can say it's came 7.2 my Hba1c .I'm feeling good also feeling more physically active after following her diet. She is very nice and polite Girl.all the best for her future.
