I had a deeply distressing experience at Manna Fertility Centre that I feel compelled to share. I visited the clinic after experiencing unusual spotting—my period was late, lasted only a short time, and spotting resumed around the 7th day. Concerned, I went for a consultation the next day.On the first visit, I was not seen by Dr. Archana Agarwal but another doctor who took my history, performed a scan, and mentioned I had mild pcod assuring me there was nothing to worry about. She prescribed Pause XT to stop the bleeding and recommended a series of tests, including CBC, Vitamin profile, and PCOD profile.I returned on Friday with my reports and was seen by Dr. Archana. Good morning all I m from Bangalore First I would like touch the feet of my god Dr Archana Agrawal mam she is really great as person superb as a doctor. I took her consultation.She personally scanned my sonography & gave straight point treatment.Really her trust me correct treatment With few tablets works natural processes for pregnancy.a couple are trying for beby from last four years Lot of doctors lot of tablets unsuccessfully years.In that I m in that female patient having PCOS PCOD Thyroid high other issues and husband also having diebats as well.We fear about IVF IUI cost rate.but thanks to Archana mam and her Mannat clinic staff gave me comfort environment and confidence. We both are from middle class family staying in Bangalore.last few years we faced financial problem here we didn’t pay huge bills and so many tests tablets as well in Mannat clinic. it’s very painful losing a baby after 17 weeks of pregnancy which doctors there will not understand. ****** ** *** **** * ***** **** ***** ** ****** ***** ******* ********* ********** ** *** ** *** now we are punished though out our life for the wrong step. The blood test reports will also be sent on mail they will not check if any ups and downs in blood reports. They will say it is normal during pregnancy no need to worry. Every time they will charge for consultation and repeat the same blood test always which the same result. After going through various positive reviews,

and speaking to Mr Sanjay at Mannat Fertility Clinic,

We came down from UK for IVF treatment.

After investigation Dr Archana gave medicines and asked us to come again in Day 11.

With further investigation and additional medicine,embryo transfer was scheduled for day 15.

2 best embroys were transferred.

Took extra care after FET with almost complete bed rest of 15 days.

Finally the result day came and turned out to be negative.

Though ,it was heart breaking but I started doing 1 hr yoga (which actually helped me in recovery) and around 5 kms evening walk.

Dr Archana has suggested yoga and surya namaskar around 6 months back before even coming down to India.

But like most people you tend to follow things pretty seriously only when it really comes down on your head.

After cancelling the 2nd cycle finally the doctor was happy with the blood flow and other parameters required for FET

the day came when the 2nd cycle FET was to be done.

But this time the embroys were of not good quality, infact the doctor was totally disheartened with the quality of sample for the embryo and the resultant embroys.

Even then she took the chance of transferring 3 embroys 1 average preserved from 1st cycle and 2 not so good from 2nd cycle.

Though she took the chance but was quite honest about the entire background with me ,the patient which I really aprreciate.

I lost almost all the hopes after hearing all this and started crying like anything in the OT itself.

With 1-2 hours of continuous crying I gathered myself to go for the 3rd cycle.

Started checking flight bookings for my husband as he has to come back from UK for providing further sample.

Before leaving the hospital I checked with the doctor how soon she will be able to perform 3rd cycle.

Doctor just said we will do asap but take bed rest only for 2 days and just forget everything.

So after 2 days bed rest i joined office , and since I was not at all hopeful, i did regular household chores , 15 days passed by so quickly.

Finally the result day came and to everyone's suprise it was positive.

Key things which I really liked about Dr Archana and her staff.

a) Doctor is very friendly and give lot of time in interaction with the patient and the family.

In fact you feel like visiting one of your close friend whom you trust and can share everything.

This actually eases out the pain and depression one is going through.

Also increases the trust, if you trust your doctor things definitely works out.

b) She does not give too many medicines.

c) She analyses each person individually and give treatment accordingly and does not suggest unnecessary treatment just to earn money.

d) She has maintained a very positive environment in her clinic which is reflected in her staff as well.

Its quite a homely atmosphere and everyone is so jovial and friendly.

In short she is an angel for me and special thanks to her staff (Dr Anjali, Dr Sabhya, RajMani, Rani and everyone else),

Without their team effort I would not have progressed to parenthood.

We visited Mannat in late November 2022. Dr.Archana heard us out and right away started treatment as we didn’t wanted to delay further. She explained in detail the whole process as to how she will proceed and things that we need to take care of. She is someone who will advise you to focus on your health, diet, exercise, stress level and not rely only on meds. What we loved about her is that she didn’t make any tall claims nor any false promises. She respected our decision of going ahead with one cycle of IUI even when she knew it may not be successful. My whole process of IVF was very smooth under her guidance and I conceived in my first cycle.

Things are not mechanical here. Everyone in Mannat, be it the ladies at the reception desk, the team of sisters led by the amazing Rajmani sister, Dr.Trina, the lab technicians or Dr.Archana, will always greet you with a smile, ask about your health or if your eating well, calm you down when you are stressed. There is a sense of comfort and positivity here. I highly recommend Mannat.

We are glad that we chose to go to Dr. Archana Agarwal. I recommend anyone who is planning to have a baby specially the first time parents like us. All our doubts and fear vanished in an instant. I would like to thank Dr. Agarwal once again and looking forward to our next meeting.

I went to see the doctor to get my fertility levels checked. She told me in the treatment plan that they will primary do the AMH test. Later in the test reports I found out that the staff did multiple tests but not the AMH. They missed the primary test for which I was there and paid more than 5000 rs. Quite disappointing.Lack of privacy : The doctor was asking me the questions related to my fertility, future planning and my partners history in a cubicle where everybody could hear us. No sound proofing at all. There literally was a guy on the other side of the translucent wall who was talking to the doctor, while I was sitting in front of her for a consultation.
