Visited Ms Aparna Rani for Anxiety Disorder & Borderline Personality Disorder. She is a super friendly therapist and will listen to your problems with utmost patience and dedication. My anxiety was really bad and she made me feel better from the very first session by challenging my negative thoughts and making me realise it's just all in my head. She connects well with her patients. Makes it very comfortable. And the part that I loved about her is that she really listens to the patient and won't mind getting interrupted. Also she is firm at places where needed. I got a lot of false situations in my life solved by her. I would recommend her strongly. It's not a taboo to see a therapist and she really made me feel that.
