When the lockdown started last year i lost my job which lead to many other personal and financial problems which made me depressed and anxious person. I had lost faith in life Aparna has changed my life and now i approach my life in a different way. She is very patient, helpful, friendly *** ************* ********** Not even my recent issues of depression & anxiety she even helped me managed my childhoold OCD issue.

Visited Ms Aparna Rani for Anxiety Disorder & Borderline Personality Disorder. She is a super friendly therapist and will listen to your problems with utmost patience and dedication. My anxiety was really bad and she made me feel better from the very first session by challenging my negative thoughts and making me realise it's just all in my head. I can talk to her about anything and ask questions to clear my doubts. She is very patient and does not rush to end the session. She takes time to listen and explain my problems thoroughly. She connects well with her patients. Makes it very comfortable. And the part that I loved about her is that she really listens to the patient and won't mind getting interrupted. Aparna and her team are very good at what they do and her team includes pretty much everyone at mindful. When the COVID-19 lock-down started, we as a couple started facing lots of issues & were on the verge of breakup/divorce. We have a daughter and the we never realized our daily fights were affecting her too very badly.

We reached out to Aparna and our life changed. She is the reason that today we have a peaceful life and mostly our daughter's smile is back. The way she understood our concerns like mine, my wife's and my daughter's was very helpful. She handled the marital as well as child issues very smartly, intelligently, and firmly.

I wanted to run away from everything or hide or die. I thought we will get divorced very soon. But then we met her. . and everything changed after few sessions. She is a very patient listener, a very good advisor, and very smart when it comes to explaining problems or figuring out core issues. It was her who showed my wife the practicality of the situation or for that matter me too! We started talking, communicating, playing, understanding each other. Still there are holes to fill but definitely we will reach there.
