I had scheduled a video appointment with a dermatologist for my 3m old baby. As soon as the consult started, the doc was walking or in the car. She was not fully present for the video call. I am unhappy with the said consultation, and would like to have the amount refunded for this. wastage of time and money. Especially with a 3m old baby, consultation should have been a little more careful and precise.
