more..I was having trouble with anxiety/panic attack and I was taking Lonazep 0.5 tablet for almost 5 years. I tried many ways to stop the tablet, but withdrawal symptoms were huge, like lack of concentration, insomnia etc. I approached Ms. Akshita and I had 5 sessions and she really helped me quit the tablet and how to overcome anxiety. She is a very kind person and every session was very informative and learnt something new out of it. Now I am not dependent on any tablet and stress free. Thank you so much for your help.
I have been working with Ms.Akshita for the last 2 and half years. Her ability to listen Intently break down the challenges and thoughts and then support me to create a Plan to move forward to achieve my goals and support me to manage my emotions and deal with what life throws at me has been very beneficial to me.
