In the month of May 2022, I felt some pain in the abdomen. So consulted you at Apollo Spectra hospital. You explained and conducted all the necessary Tests and prescribed Surgery for Hernia (Both LH and RH). Pre-operation tests were done and operation date fixed for Tuesday 21st June. We all, (my Co volunteer Ramaswamy, his friend and my cousin brother Nirmal) came and met you on the previous day i.e. 20th June.

You explained nicely the procedure to be done for the Laparoscopic surgery, like small holes, then inserting the mesh by special tools etc. Also, in case a problem arises, then you will adopt the open surgery. You also talked about the Risk factor, if at all it is there, it is the age, As, such nothing was foreseen. All the other doubts, you clarified. You explained clearly in a soft tone, politely. It gave me assurance & lot of mental strength. Post surgery, your regular follow up like, you personally did the dressing, Removal of stitches, and good Nursing Services, helped me recover fast.

My heartfelt thanks to you Doctor, your entire team, Nursing staff and others. Also, I am highly grateful to Smt. Vasuki. Right from the day one she arranged our appointments, coordinated with other personnel like Anesthetist, Physician and other departments necessary to get the fitness for Surgery. I had pernial abscess surgery even though after surgery my pain was not reduced. I was in severe pain then I consulted Dr. Akhil K Bhat and explained him about my problem. He did a thorough examination and counseled very well and clearly explained the problem in simple terms and suggested surgery. Doctor Akhil explained the pros and cons in very simple language. He was also compassionate and understanding. I went with surgery and it was very smooth, after the surgery I didn't get any pain or problem until now. After that few weeks ago i was having painful defecation with bleeding ...i visited to dr.akhil bhatt nd got treated very well .I undergone sphincterectomy on 2nd aug.2022 and now no pain is there nor bleeding while defecation.i'm having regular bowel motions

The doc.did superb treatment with like no complication such as incontinence of bowels etc.

Now i'm doing activities of daily living post surgery...

Dr Akhil is a brilliant doctor and a really humble person. I underwent a procedure under his care and guidance and am extremely satisfied.
