The bad experience is not because of the doctor, but because of the eye foundation centre staff. I had made an appointment with Dr Adarsh Naik, despite me telling at the reception that I have booked a appointment via practo and so I thought they know it's with Dr Adarsh Naik through their system. But they never asked me anything regarding the doctor and consultation was done through another doctor. When confronted later after the consultation they said for this visit nothing can be done. This a mere negligence at staff's end. We book appointments online by looking at doctors or recommendations, and this how the system works then. There is no point in booking it online then.
We were satisfied with the clinic and Dr. Adarsh S Naik. The doctor explained everything clearly, and we would recommend him to others. Our experience was good, and we would rate it five out of five.

If there is an emergency surgery the doctor had to attend, pass your patients to other doctors who are available. We have waited for 2.5 hrs now. And now they are allowing someone who has just come 30 mins before because she has a baby at home. Now we also have babies at home.
A great person **** ** ***** ********* ** *** ***** . I went with my dad and treatment is ongoing. He currently has taken 2 injections and we have an upcoming follow up scheduled at end of this month.
